SHIPPING POLICY

There is FREE pickup available from our offices in Adamstown, by arrangement.

Items are available from the day of purchase depending on staff availability for collection.

We can deliver to the Newcastle, Hunter or Lake Macquarie region for a flat fee of $10 per order,* with complimentary free delivery for orders over $100

​

For all other delivieries Australia Wide, a flat rate of $15 per order applies.

Free shipping nationally for orders over $150. 

 

*Small necklaces and cards only have a $1 postage fee.

Local delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days,

National delivery takes 5 -12 business days depending on the courier.

RETURN POLICY

We will refund for any product that is faulty or does not meet the description or requirement of the product.  We may offer repairs rather than refund if a minor issue can be resolved.  Returns for change of mind are by managers discretion, and must be requested within 14 days from receipt of goods.  We take pride in our work, but due to the nature of working with reclaimed timber, occasionally there may be problems, so please contact us with any issues. Character discrepencies in the rustic nature of the timber are not considered imperfections.

Custom orders cannot be exchanged for change of mind, but are certainly covered if there is a fault or problem with the piece. 

We want all our customers to be totally happy with all their purchases!.
